What is a blem?
The word is of course short for blemished. This is indeed what these batteries are. We search the market for opportunities to purchase batteries that are below normal market value and bring them to our processing facilities where they are tested and evaluated as to
their suitability for sale. The batteries are mostly new and unused. In our experience the vast majorities of used batteries are unsuitable for resale and need to be sent for recycling. True “factory blems” however, are usually well worth the effort since they will give years of excellent service.
We carry a full range of group sizes in our Greenstar Line and we try to always have as many of the popular part numbers as possible. Every Greenstar battery carries a one year free replacement guarantee. If any Greenstar battery fails to start you car or truck for any reason, even if you left the lights on, just bring it back for full replacement. Just be sure and keep your receipt!
